Had the extreme pleasure of working with Olivia. She was not our sales representative but was more than willing to help us as we waited. We want to buy new seats for the Lexus we purchased and Olivia went over and above suggesting where I should purchase the seats and even offered to put them in for me. I truly wish we had worked with Olivia thru out the entire process. She deserves the commission. She’s an excellent example of what we’re looking for in a sales person. Thank you Olivia for being so kind and helpful. It’s because of you we proceeded with the cash purchase. As we were about to walk.

Eric was out salesman. I made him work for it but he was great and we got into the car we wanted and were looking for. Great deal. Vivian helped us finalize the paperwork. Super smooth and easy. Offered great warranties and helped us get exactly what we wanted!

This will be the fourth time purchasing a vehicle from new deal (over 13 years) and each time it has been seamless process. No hassling they allow you to look without the pressure of buying. Mario and Vivi were amazing and found us the best car for my family! And Adam did so well answering my financial questions. Highly recommend 😊

Brandon was super helpful and did not seem to mind answering the many many questions my parents and I had. Overall helped make the experience run smoothly. Summer was also really nice and again like Brandon was super helpful.
